Hello sifus,

Does opening your rolex caseback void the warranty?

Last time I bring my DD to add links at Menara Dion and asked the reception lady whether can help me to do the pressure check, she told me cannot. I don’t know why.

Is your DD under warranty at that time?

No it’s the warranty period is over. What the lady told me is they are not able to conduct the water pressure test (even with charges). Strange answer from the lady. Anyway, feel free to call them and enquirer before drop by, they are nice.
