Post by: BK Ong on November 22, 2017, 10:46:48 AM
Hi fellows,

I just bought my 1st automatic watch few months ago, I want to know is it normal that I have to make time adjustment every week? It moves faster ~1 minute a week.

If its COSC certified then 1min a week is too much. If not COSC certified, then 1min a week could be ok depending on your luck, type of usage, etc.

Just go to normal watchsmith. ETA movement is very easy to adjust to +/- 5 seconds per day.

For standard watch movement around a minute plus a week is normal.dont worry.
For old vintage watch around a minute in a days is reasonable.  :Dancing_banana:

Send to service centre to regulate the timing since it still under warranty.
