Hi All,

If we were to ship a watch overseas, what is the best way to do it?

Pos Laju or a private courier service?

First is DHL.

If not, then FedEx.

I have used poslaju international to ship watches to USA.
It's actually quite ok. Tracking is thru poslaju, until the item enters USA, then tracking will be by USPS track n trace.
I paid approximately rm250-300 once to Texas and another time to San Fran.

I see. Unless we pay part of the shipping cost, doubt the marsaleh will bite.

You may use UPS or Fedex if the watch is in high value. Both are using their own resources all the way to US. Other couriers might have certain level of risk during transition as they need to handover to other courier locally.

DHL now does not take insurance coverage.

UPS and Fedex take in insurance coverage.

Always get the insurance you never know what kind of buyer is on the other side.

Anything can happen. The buyer you file a complain with paypal and he gets the buyer protection and your money will be freeze.

You can put your watch on Catawiki and ask your buyer to bid for it.

It does not go through PayPal. It's more better to Seller.

For express delivery, I always use FedEx or DHL. The cost to USA is about RM 200-350, depending on the size/weight of the packing.
