I wanted to regulate my seiko since it runs noticably slow. Do u guys know good watch technicians around shah alam or anywhere close by?

If u owned it for many years, I believe u need to have it service .
Running slow is an indication of lube drying up.

Where can I get it fixed?

I've only own it for 1 and a half month. Its not a second hand seiko btw. Although it is a 1st gen monster (skx781) so who knows how long ago this was produced.

Some repair sifu won't charge you if it's just to regulate.
