It is a bit expensive but the Bergeon 7825 will save you so much time and frustration especially if you have a Tudor or a Rolex which tinny spacing on the back of the bracelet.

I bought mine from Kedai Jam Tai Sang, ground floor Selangor Complexs. I am sure you can find it online though.
