Today I met my bankers at seminar. The senior officer wearing Panerai, the most junior one wearing Casio.
Please share your findings. So curious will all bankers think alike?
(I will find out more tomorrow )

Assistant Manager at my branch is wearing a Tag Heuer Aquaracer Auto. Manager wearing a G-Shock. Officers wearing Oris and some other fashion brands like Ellessee.

From observations over some lunches together, I spotted Rolex and Omega watches on the wrists of the CEO and his senior teams, for Singaporean and Malaysian banks.
-
i think it depends on their hobby.... i have seen Bankers wearing Rolex, Panerai, Omega, and even AP. And also Apple Watch .. regardless of ranking .. (from Officers to Sr Mgmt/CEO), but I would say most senior bankers are mostly Rolex kaki

Depends on hobby as well as self confidence. I know of a very senior banker that is like us - a collector-she can go PP one day and a Baby G the next. No qualms wearing something cheap even during formal functions

I believe watch is a personal choice and nothing to do with banker and rank. But lately I see more on going to Apple Watch or Samsung gear for senior banker beside sales team.

Seen bankers wearing different watches, Casio, Seiko, Rolex, Panerai, AP etc.
-
Few of them that I know are wearing IWC & Rolex.

Today meeting with bankers, another 3 officers joining the meeting. The lady wear white dial Frank Muller, one guy wear tissot t-touch, and the young guy wear Calvin Klein.
-

Really depend on the Rank or person. Junior banker can wear anything, from DW to Oris.
Those on sales or business banking generally wear better.
I have seen Cartier or Rolex for those VPs but some VPs dont even wear watch.
But i realized a trend these days, those EVP or SVP, wear fitbit. CCRO even said: nowadays it is so easy with these little device that it can track your health.

Our Malaysia famous banker wears Omega Constellation

I am a Junior banker (5 years experience). I started with a Tissot Le Locle, then Omega Bond Seamaster Professional. Now I rotate between my Planet Ocean 8500 and Frederique Constant Worldtimer. Looking to add a Rolex soon (most likely the Green Hulk/Explorer 2 or BLNR). I agree with some of the earlier comments. The watch we wear does not depend on our rank but depends on individual appreciation of the timepiece. I have bosses that wear Daytonas/Lange 1 and also some that wear an apple smartwatch/seiko. :)

Yesterday saw my company tax consultant (a Senior Director) wearing a Panerai.

Just found out the safety rules of USA Embassy at KL. No battery-operated device is allowed to enter embassy.
Another good use of our automatic watch

For bankers, so far I have only seen two with expensive timepiece and both of them are rocking a Rolex. One is a DSSD and another one is a vintage sea dweller triple six 16660.
