I used to have the Combat Sub too. For the entry-level prices that the Combat Sub is going for, I believed that all the Subs are using aluminium bezel inserts. There's an easy way to test it : Try scratching the insert with something sharp. If it scratches, congratulations, you guessed it correct, it's an aluminium insert. If it doesn't, congratulations too- as it's ceramic in nature. (Ps : I can't be held responsible if you do venture with the small lil' experiment  ;D  )

LoL, very funny..
Actually the one I exchange with a friend have a scratch mark on the insert. Light one.
Because the Watch is very new, I thought it might be a plastic stick on it. I look below light, it doesn't look like a ceramic.
And it feels like scratched plastic. So don't dare to do anything to it ady.

So you still own a sub?

Did anyone of you guys ever change the insert on a sub?

Not advisable for changing cerachorm bezel, its easy to crack potentially. IMO
