Title: Malaysia Made Seiko Watch

Just discovered of some online article from Hodinkee, Seiko 5 SNKL23 which made in Malaysia and engraved it on back of the watch? Where the factory and our Malaysia watchmakers here? How was this watch and and review from here?

Seiko has a factory at pasir gudang industrial estate, in johor.

how the quality of the watch since the Hodinkee review~

QC is still Seiko standard. Some unwarranted negative perception of the made in Malaysia Seikos. In reality, the Malaysian, Thailand, Hong Kong/China factories are of high quality.
