Do u think a pre own 15 year old quartz watch worth buying?
-
What quartz watch is that?
-
Sorry should elaborate more.
It is actually a Tissot.
Normal watch (no date or whatsoever)
My concern is that the movement will be deteriorate significantly.

It's a 2001 quartz Tissot without a date.
Unless it has a special sentiment value, if no, then I will give it a pass.

Is the timing performance still good?

Depends on what you have been quoted for the watch. I'll say it's a worthy buy if it's less than $200. Or some other negligible amount. Otherwise I'd sooner buy a swatch.
