Hi all,
I have read some forummers discussed about "iconic models" in another thread, therefore would like to know your choices, either new or discontinued models.
Perhaps I shall start with my choices (some are for its unique design, some for its unique movement):
Breitling - Navitimer 01.
Franck Muller - Crazy Hours.
IWC - Top Gun, Big Pilot.
JLC - Reverso
Longines - Avigation Type A-7, Spirit Chrono, Evidenza.
Rolex - GMT Master II "Pepsi", Daytona.
Seiko - Turtle "Padi".
Tag Heuer - Monaco.
Tentatively these are the few that i can think of (i haven't own either one yet) :( . Mind to share your choices?

I think the most iconic timepiece would be the Rolex Submariner. It inspires many makers to come up with their diver series.
And of course the Omega Moonwatch. I however think Omega really is playing it too hard on marketing it as the first watch on the moon. I mean it was cool once, but many years had passed, they should come up with something else to brag.
-
Submariner for me, due to mass market and the fact that it's probably the most copied watch design.

Most likely the majority models of Rolex and Panerai, there are quite a number of micro brands are inspired with these iconic designs.

Hublot: Big Bang
Piaget: Altiplano

Not to forget the porthole of the Nautilus, I think that is truly a splendid design of the old times.
