Did u guys encounter some stupid question when u selling ur watch online?
I got someone ask to swap my oris watch to a seiko watch?
Or trade to other items?

I dont think it is a stupid question. It is more of the prospective buyer trying their luck to see if you are willing to trade down ( oris for a regular seiko plus cash) or considering a straight trade ( if the seiko in question is a higher priced JDM). It is quite a common scenario if you look in overseas forum. It is always a case of willing buyer and seller. When faced with something I am not keen with, I would normally politely decline.

Yup true..oris is not so high end compared to seiko anyway. Some people might not know every brands price in the market. Just explain to them and politely reject the offer

Depending on which Seiko he's offering to you for the trade. Some Seiko have good value eg MM300, Tuna, etc.

If the guy willing to use its new model of Grand Seiko or the limited edition of Seiko Marine Master 1000m to exchange for my any Oris. I will do it without any hesitation.

Depending on which Seiko... The Seiko Tuna, Seiko PADI/Turtles are quite expensive. And I'd choose them over an Oris any day.
If it's a Grand Seiko, then you should've traded, as a Grand Seiko is leaps and bounds (in general) better than an Oris.

I agree with Adam here. Seikos are great watches and I would pick Seiko over Oris any given day.

Depends which model, some certain model of Seiko hold the value well.

Some vintage Seiko are nice too eg panda chrono , King Seiko Hb, Lord Marvel,
