didn't bother with the 1st edition but just ordered the nike+ series 2. Think it's a cool watch (especially after placing the order), fits my running needs now that it has GPS, water resistant, & 2GB memory for a playlist so you can go running & play music via Bluetooth and leave the phone at home.

I'd recommend the 42mm for extra screen as maneuvering around the small screen with my clumsy finger was a bit weird.

So ya, great addition to the collection... to me ;)

Got the Series 2, 42 mm version. Sapphire crystal and Milanese bracelet - cool piece - water proof also.

Wow.  But the 1st and 2nd edition don't change much in the outlook right? 2nd edition cost 500 more than 1st.

Ya, I have thinking for this too. Especially the black, is too classic to handle

So all edition 2 is sapphire? Means is scratch resistance?

Actually the outlook is exactly the same... only added GPS chip, water resistance to 50m, more memory etc

Have been contemplating... don't like the stock straps and came across a site in AU that makes leather straps with adapters. Makes it more tempting.

But... I don't see myself using a smart watch other than for telling the time.
