But Rolex Deepsea challenge tested at below 11000meters. Why Rolex does not apply world record? ???

I think Rolex Deepsea Challenge was not stated as the world record because of maybe they didnt went through the ISO 6425 as a Diver watch. As im aware, the watch you stated is available for sale where as Rolex Deepsea Challenge is not, this could be the reason too :)

The CX is a production model. as such, you can truly own a record holder. Unfortunately, the rolex pieces are experimental watches.

I tried to get one years ago. Unfortunately, sold out  :(

Then, 2009, it was just CHF 2,998. Now CHF5110!
