Please forgive me if this topic was already up. Just wanna share my bad experience with the members here. Early this year I have bought the Tudor Pelagos 4 Liner Blue at the local AD in KL. I was excited to check on the watch at the shop and straight away paid and went home. The next day I wound the watch around 30 cycle on the crown and wore it as nothing happened. Then on the 2.5 days later, my watch stopped ticking. Puzzled coz I did wear it throughout the day. I gave it another go, wound it and wore it for the 2nd time. Exactly 2.5 days it stopped again. When the rotor wound, there was loud noise came from the watch. I can not stand it any longer and straight away sent it to SC in KL. They said need around 2 weeks to run tests, so I guessed it was ok. 2 weeks came, but no calls from the SC. I called them and heard the news that my watch did stop running even they put it on their winding instrument. The watch was sent to Singapore to be fixed and it took me around 8 weeks in total to get my new Pelagos home. I couldn't understand why it took so long just from Singapore to KL. But anyway, I got my Pelagos back in new condition, they have changed the whole movement since the technicians in Singapore are not familiar with this new movement. Now my pelagos run smoothly without any loud/swoosh sound of the rotor when winding.
