Bought one for my wife in 1999 under 5 years warranty by Siber Hegner then in 2001 LVMH taken over.
Need repair sent to them but don't honor the warranty so I write to their LVMH HQ Switzerland got reply only our local service centre
accept the warranty n now LVMH sold to Movado group.
In 2013 need the local service centre Sincere/Cortina at UOA don't know which forgot, the technician there no more spare part here.
They need to sent to HQ Switzerland n very expensive.
Now I think you can check with Cortina they are AD

probably an ETA movement.. maybe 955 family as they were popular at the time.

replacement movements still available.

LVMH sold the brand many years ago.  Cortina in KLCC or Fahrenheit (whatchacall that mall now) can assist.

I have one that looks almost the same but without the date and the cost of repair can almost buy a new.  So it is sitting in my "watch box" doing nothing.

Ya... I plan to repair it at the beginning , but end up the cost of repair was too expensive already. And now i just keep it well.
