Any suggestions?

Quartz why need power reserve haha...
Citizen might have some moonphase on quartz, or Orient has pwr rev but no moonphase.
-
the only moon phase that would fall within that price range would be a quartz IMHO ..so definitely would not have a PR.
why would you need a moonphase? i use to have a fossil quartz moonphase watch when i was in high skool. to me it's a total distraction..
just my 2 sen

Hi Jacky,
The watch that best fits your requirement is probably this one:
Seiko Premier Kinetic Direct Drive Moon Phase
It comes with Seiko's Direct Drive Kinetic movement which allows for manual winding. Apparently Seiko's market research found that a manual winding feature on the Kinetic movement allows the owner to develop a better emotional bond with the watch. Like all of Seiko's kinetic watches, this watch has a rotor which charges the battery using the kinetic energy supplied by your arm's movement. Also being quartz based all Kinetic watches have high accuracy out of the box.
It has a one month power reserve and comes with a cool PR indicator.
The moonphase is a pretty new feature on this line of watches.
I believe if you drive a hard bargain at Pertama Complex you can get this watch at a price close to your budget.
