Greetings MWFers! I'm new to this forum and hope to be able to share and learn more on timepieces.
Admin/Moderators - Tried searching if this is a duplicate topic but didn't seem to find one. Apologies if I've posted wrongly.
I am currently looking to purchase a 22mm replacement strap for a Seiko SRP639K1. Specifically a yellow rubber/silicone strap.
Any recommendations on where in KL i can acquire this?
Thank you.
Sid

Thanks @chrisyen & @ericys for the input.
I've placed an order online after looking around and am currently awaiting delivery.

one does not simply get any rubber strap for a seiko.
most aftermarket rubber straps do not fit the fat 2.5mm seiko spring bars.
one also does not simply replace the fat seiko spring bars with regular bars, else u will eventually slowly damage the lug holes as the tips are only 0.8mm.
u will need to source from ebay what is know as 'skinny fat' bars.
ie. regular 1.8mm spring bars but with 1.1mm tips so they fit securely in the lug holes.

Hi @Everdying,
Thanks for the tip. I wasn't aware of the size difference in the Seiko spring bars versus normal ones.
I can't afford the Isofrane rubbers hence have opted for an Obris Morgan. Am currently awaiting for delivery. I do hope the Seiko spring bars will fit in them.

the fat seiko bars afaik will not fit them... if somehow they do then its a very tight squeeze.
also if u have a wrist smaller than say 6 3/4", then the orbis morgan wont fit ur wrist...but its cheap so no big loss if doesnt fit.
isofrane is designed just abit differently where none of the cutouts in the strap go to waste.

I shall just have to wait and see then once it arrives. Will keep y'all posted.
