Hello,
I believe this question has not been asked before...
Does anyone know the exact launch date for Tag Heuer Connected in Malaysia?
I have called AD and i have been told either beginning OR end of May... which is a little vague
any info would be appreciated
Thanks! :D

i tried the Connected when i was in manhattan last month.
needless to say as everyone already knows, it is big.
but the lug to lug length is also quite long, from my estimates looks around 52 / 53mm with quite a flat case...so yea overhangs on my 6.5" wrist by abit.
and the Connected doesnt come off as a serious piece anyway, with about 6 different colored strap options on show there.

i more keen on the tourbi... :Laughing_on_floor:

visit Tag Heuer Connected booth at the main entrance at Pavillion (near Coach)... come with 1 choice of straps..
and purchase seperate leather straps... looks very hugh at 46mm ... they give an option to purchase
a normal watch after 2 years by payinga premium sum...the model you can purchase is not announce yet.

Visited the AD at Pavilion the other day and tried on the orange strap Tag Connected. According to the AD, there is not many strap colors left. He gave a brief description about ownership details which other members has already mentioned i.e. buying a mechanical watch two years down the road. However, he added that the Tag Connected is to be returned back to them in exchange for the mechanical watch plus USD1500. This was a rather surprising arrangement, at least to me. Wondering did any members know of this arrangement.

Yup i read that somewhere. But for me not worth it, u can get a nice mechanical watch straight from them with USD1500

i think its been made pretty clear by tag that u do not have to return it.
it is just an option to exchange with a mechanical piece further down the road if u wish to.
but as its tech driven, in 2yrs its tech may become obsolete...hence the option to exchange with a mechanical piece.
so in essence, u are forking out a total of usd3k (1.5k for connected + 1.5k more) for a regular mechanical piece later on.
better just put that usd3k to better use :P
