Just like in the subject, I wish to know whether is the exist a swiss quartz watch with complete calendar i.e. it has the fature of day, date, moonphase and month?

Tissot has a quartz perpetual calendar model but withot moonphase.

AFAIK, no such caliber exists yet.

I google almost the whole day yesterday... as mentioned by you, there are only 2 brands (which I manage to find) that has such movement: Seiko and Tissot (without the moonphase)

I google almost the whole day yesterday... as mentioned by you, there are only 2 brands (which I manage to find) that has such movement: Seiko and Tissot (without the moonphase)
i believe citizen did the first back in the late 90s.
as for swiss, as already mentioned...doubt any really exists.

so basically this means none is currently in production between the swiss and japs?
guess its up to the chinese now :P

Haha, I think so. But in my opinion, I believe Seiko and Citizen should be able to do it if they want to, as they have done it before.
BTW, regarding those Seiko & Citizen models with these calibers, I remember those were JDM models. That's why its a rare find now.

seiko has but their design are sporty.
tissot looks more like a dress watch
