Title: Where can I service/restore my Seiko 5 7009-7040?

Well my grandfather passed away and I got his Alba (battery) watch and his vintage Seiko 5. Apparently the bridge and the balance staff are broken.

I haven't sent it to Thong Sia yet but I met a guy there last time who said Seiko couldn't repair his Seiko 5 from the 70's either.

Anyone with here with any experience of their vintage Seiko 5's? Any other shops in KL that can repair vintage Seiko 5s?

Try wah foong watch at jalan raja laut KL stevan...ok guy maintaing my watches last 7 year. check out his blog

You can try amcorp mall .. a lot of watch repair shops there
