Title: Where To Service A Breitling Aerospace Titan Watch - F56062?
Post by: eerza on February 25, 2016, 05:17:06 PM
Hi everyone,

I have in my possession a Breitling Aerospace Titan Watch (ref: F56062) that I'm planning to let go off in the near future. Problem was, it's never been serviced before since my dad purchased it back in the mid 90s.

I called Breitling and they somewhat gave a good laugh as they basically told me to go away as they may not have the parts for it anymore or perhaps the personnel who remembers this particular gem.
They sounded younger than the age of the watch!

Anyways, can anyone recommend a place/person where I can get the watched serviced and perhaps polished up? Preferably, somewhere in PJ or Subang. Cheers!

P.S. Just in case anybody was curious about the watch spec:
Movement: Quartz
Case diameter and material: 40mm Titanium
Bracelet material: Titanium
Glass: Sapphire Glass
Dial: Blue

Bring it to Breitling boutique at Pavillion. Am sure they got parts, even the whole module, albeit the updated one.

Breitling Pavilion was actually the first place I called and told them about my predicament. They said to contact Breitling in Menara Weld instead since they'll send it there to have it serviced, anyway. Unfortunately, I hit a dead end with that, as I've told in my story earlier :/

That's strange. What kind of service you required?
Beside the battery change, most probably you would need a new gasket to ensure the water proof still intact.
If the module is dead, that's new thermocompensated module available to transplant.
