Title: Looking for a watchmaker/modder for PVD and AR coating

Hi guys,

Anyone know any local watchmaker or modder who offer the following services,
- PVD coating the watch case, crown, etc
- AR coating sapphire crystal

I know a few guys overseas who can get the job done but just wondering if any local guys are available.

this is interesting, i too would like to know.

so far the nearest that i know of is in singapore, and i dunno how good they are yet.
but they do take their time, i heard 7 working days just to PVD.

7 days isn't too bad. Do you know if they provide AR coating for crystal? Can't stand the sapphire on my Magrette.

By any chance do you have the info on the guys in Singapore?

I would also like to know if there are any local watchmaker that apply AR coating to crystal.

I checked with the watch repair shop in AmCorp and their answer was no because it's too expensive to be done singly... have to be done in big batches.
