Title: Selling watch in overseas
Post by: Zen8 on November 24, 2015, 08:07:18 AM
Hello,

With the depressed RM now, do you think it is a good idea to dispose or trade our watches in overseas, say Hong Kong or Singapore?

Anyone has any experience to share and what should we be aware of?

Thank you.

U may draft a letter which indicates buyer and seller details, watch model with serial number, transacted amount etc. for record purpose if needed

yes it is.
you can probably convert directly to what you would like to get in RM, which of cos would make the price in USD even more tempting to the international market.

so needless to say, if you follow the USD market price, you will still walkaway with a decent amount after less say paypal 4.4% commission and S&H fees.
