Title: Newbie- buy from Cartier boutique or from anthorised dealers

Hi  guys,
I'm a newbie. I plan to get a Cartier watch soon. I would appreciate your advise, whether I should go to the Cartier boutique or to the authorized dealers? Do the authorised dealers give discounts and the Cartier boutique don't?

Usually AD would offer higher discount than boutique.
No harm asking both and compare prices.

beside discount, boutique usually will provides some value added service such as additional warranty extension, signature gift, watch/cocktail event etc.

If you are looking for great service and extra benefits (special gifts, extended warranty etc.) then go to the boutique. Prices are rather fixed though, not gonna give you much discount, but the service is impeccable.

If you want discounts, great bargain, go to AD.
