tissot has some new skeleton model watch lower than that price range, but i don't think it does have good resell value though

Nice skeleton watches that don't cost a bomb - Rotary and Sea-Gull! Check out the City Chain stores..

Getting a skeleton timepiece around your price range is really hard to find one with good resale value, i would say member ck77 bought up 2 piece example that would have the price range you are looking for. Set aside the resale value, i think the Maurice Lacroix stated by him is quite nice! If your budget is around 12k, might as well add up some more and wait for the new tudor black bay with black insert to be available in Malaysia. The watch is beautiful, besides i bet the resale value will be really good as they have made an in-house movement with it. Now that might stop you for thinking about the resale value issue
