Hi everyone. I'm a newbie to this. Stumbled onto this forum while Googling for Seiko divers.
Enjoyed your postings very much which I glanced through as a guest. You guys rock...

Btw, I will be in Penang this weekend and I remembered in one of the postings of someone mentioned a shop in Penang Road which has a great selection of Seiko and classic watches. Will very much appreciate if you could PM me the name of the shop.

Welcome submariner

The shop is just next to Boon Pharmacy along the Penang Rd / just opposite Komtar / Chinese temple / bus stop.
You won't miss it.

Thanks duniajam, got your pm and thanks to everyone for your welcome and kind messages. Going to Penang for a meeting but looks like I be spending more time doing (ahem) other things.

Got a Rollie submarineer but my job entails a lot of interaction with the public and the submarineer is a bit too flashy... macam nak tunjuk-tunjuk.

The cendol is not too far from the watch shop. There are the legendary nasi kandar stall not too far away also... Nasi Kandar Line Clear. Been there since I was a kid.  :thumbsup:

Would appreciate if you guys can pm me the RRP of some of the Seiko divers, eg Black Monster and Samurai in particular. Been scouting the net regarding these pie ;Dces and the prices ranging from USD200 (roa*****) to USD250 on Amazon. Saw a SKX033 (Pepsi bezel) locally and the shop wanted RM980! (listed RM1200+ and with discount 20%)
