Tudor has been making pretty watches whereby the design is out-of-the-box..Great to see a change in design direction

Good morning all. I am new to this forum and hope to learn more about watches for members.

Congratulations on the two watches, Rolex Green dail & Tudor Heritage! Both are indeed very nice. I was wondering if the Tudor Heritage finishing is at par with the Rolex?

Hi Suffian,
Generally I would say that Tudor's watch finishing is as good as any of the other top Swiss brands. The 2 major differences between Rolex and Tudor are the use of 904L stainless steel for Rolex  watch cases and the utilization of in-house movements in Rolex watches. Tudor does not claim to use 904L so I assume that they use 316L SS like the rest of the industry. Also Tudor utilizes modified ETA movements in their watches.
