I'm not sure whether info on this article is right. But while reading this, I think they might've exaggerated on the no-date sub part.
What are your thoughts?

It might be true that some vintage submariners do worth that much, as stated it is "“King of Cool: Steve McQueen's Submariner".

No date sub is always an ideal collectible holy grail as we are in the era of less is more..
