Hi, I had another watch Oris Big Crown Pointer Date which i bought recently at penang watchshoppe on March. wore couple of times and realised the watch kind of running fast, like 3-5 minutes faster within 24 hours, I should bring it back to the shop or the Oris centre? The watch is under 2 yrs warranty and extra one year with online registration. So normally how long it takes for the inspection and repair if needed? Sorry, Im just kind new to automatic watches...
Thanks.

its like your uncle ask you to bang your non working radio!
watches often sit on the display for mths or yrs before human wrist. oil will sit low due to gravity...
some watch manual stated to you need to wear a week only test for accuracy !
so swing it might help... use it for HJ help!

Good luck at the Oris Service Centre...
Last time I brought an Oris there for adjustment as it was more than 5 minutes fast per week. The service staff told me it's actually OK since they consider +/- 30s per day as normal for their watches.
First and last Oris.

Why don't you send your watch to Oris SC since it still under warranty. I had similar issue with my Certina. They regulates it again. It takes around two weeks. They could detect any defect or fast/slow movement using Timegrapher. I think they only have to adjust the +- sign at the balance wheel to fix that then let it run a few days until the timekeeping is more stable.
