Personally I admire and respect brands that insist on producing mechanical watches ever since their establishment, as they had gone through hard times such as world wars, economic crisis, and quartz era in particular. Somehow they manage to survive and continue their philosophy till today so that we all can enjoy.
As I'm very new in knowing watches, the only brand that I can think of is Oris, perhaps sifus here can add their name to the list below so that newbie like me can learn more about these brands. Thank you all in advance .

Oris made quartz watches in the 80s.

If you count clocks, then Panerai has made quartz clocks. If only wrist watches, then no as they missed out on the fun of the quartz era.
-
Pp, panerai, rolex etc.
PP, Panerai, Rolex all have quartz.
Expt Panerai and Rolex quartz are all discont.

In terms of wristwatch, I don't think Panerai ever made quartz watches.
