Title: Amplifiers & Gaincloning

Was wondering if any members here are audiophiles too. Interested in amps and speakers and such.

I love gaincloning, ie making my own amps. Currently pursuing a LM 3886 amp project.

If anyone is interested or are doing the same stuff do share.

Maybe can discuss tips and ideas ?   :thumbsup:

I did try one unit at an audio shop. The musical response and soundstage for such an amp is rather surprising.

However, not really my taste. Im more inclined to monoblock power amps.

Hi ..! i am a hobbyist . Just got my Harbeth SHL5 replacing my Quad Esl 2905, running jadis JPS 2 and Ja30 mono block. with meridian G08 .  =) Never try and not up to the standard in cloning and messing the electronics yet !
At this moment, i am still fine tuning my system for the new harbeth SHL5.   =)
