Hi guys, I found a ladies watch there is an engraving At the case back with the name. Any idea how can I locate the rightful owner?

That can be quite challenging and tricky... unless the engraved name is rare and matches the IC of the claimant. But bravo to you for trying and making an effort.

good initiative, however doesn't work well in MY if you wish to file a report. IMHO

Just hope the owner is a member of this forum. I would be preety sad if I were to loose my watch. The owner must have left it in a bag or something as the watch bracelet was fasten and not open.

Normally the owner will go back to the original place where she lost it. Try leave your numbers to someone in charge of the place in case she does go back to enquire it.

That might be worth a try :). This also reminds me earlier this year where I found an iphone4 outside a shop. I did the silly thing of passing the phone to one of the shop worker. At the counter they asked loudly if anyone lost a phone. No one came to claim it. Shortly I see the workers sniggering amongst themself. And I thought did I just pass someone's phone to someone else? Lol.

An honourable thing to do. Well done.
