Title: Shortening watch bracelet / Removing permanent links
Post by: Lurch on December 09, 2014, 09:41:20 AM
Recently bought a watch for my wife but found that after shortening the bracelet
to the minimum (removed links) the bracelet is still loose.
(She's very thin)

Is there a way to further shorten the steel bracelet? It only has 4 removable links
on each side of the bracelet

Pls help! Thanks

its possible but you'll have to obviously break the non-removable links.
here's how its done on a rolex - http://www.minus4plus6.com/bracelet.htm

i'm guessing the watch you bought looks like a fancy bracelet?

milkster: whats an easy link?

anyways, for those who might have the same issue, i had it fixed at Hxxx Txxx Tropicana at a pretty decent price.
