Up for grabs is this 3.0 Mil serial Red submariner in pristine condition. Watch only. It was serviced last August and is keeping excellent time within COSC specs.
Dial is Mark V clean & flawless. Matching patina throughout the original tritium hands, markers & pearl.
Insert is original fat font in superb condition with matching tritium pearl. Watch of this age usually has either replacement insert with pearl missing or replaced by a non-matching or non-tritium one.
Date wheel is original & correct silver one.
Case & lugs are very thick & in excellent condition.
Crown guards are thick n symmetric that original bevels are visible.
Model & serial numbers are crisp & instantly visible without pitting in between lugs.
Crystal is original top hat one.
Movement winds smoothly. Clean 1570 without corrosion.
Caseback stamped 1680 & III 71 which is period correct to the serial no.
Bracelet is original folded 9315 with 280 end links. Correct bracelet for Red subs.
