Hi MWF, nice to meet you!

I'm a fairly new casual watch enthusiast with an interest in the aesthetics, art and achievements behind watches.

I believe there's nothing quite like a good watch.

Anyone can appreciate its looks or even its function as a symbol of good taste.

While those who dig a little deeper will find even more reasons to love it: from its mechanics to its story.

Looking forward to connecting with all of you.

My (very) humble watch collection:

1. Breitling Superocean Heritage 46
2. Hamilton Khaki King
3. Seiko 5 Diver SNZH53
4. Casio G-Shock DW-5600 BB ("dark knight")
5. And by this time next week, an Omega Speedmaster Professional Moon Watch :)

My personal watch philosophy:

* Quartz gives you better timekeeping, mechanical gives you a better watch.
* Having said that, everyone should own one G-Shock: it's the perfect "wear and forget" watch.
* Your watch's price is less important than what it means to you.
* I LOVE Swiss watches... but boy are they overpriced sometimes :)
