It has to be replaced. There is no mending the cracks for sapphire crystal.

I wonder if it is expensive to replace compared to Swiss watches.

Ya I think of replacement too, just wonder will there be any "side effect" after replace. Hahaha. The strap loosen and fall :(

my friend sent his citizen to subang wisma consplant serviced 3 years back, not sure still there or not
