Hi There,
Thinking to trade in some of my old watches that no longer interest to wear and get a fine solid daily watch. Any recommend store that provide a reasonable trade in value?
Thanks!
-
if u get to know where to trade in also inform me ...TQ
-
Found this shop Wing Wah but don't know how's the rate. Anyone trade there before? Thanks.
-
most shops that sell pre-own also do trade-ins.
but most of them also have pretty pathetic rates.
its best you try to sell any peices off yourself first.
only trade in as a last resort / you are really desperate / you dont care about losing so much / etc etc.

Based on my experiences, the trade in rates never attrative at all. Except u buy a high end watch

Thank guys, will try to sell it off in the forum.

Forums are the way to go. Shops have overheads to cover and therefore you should expect 30% off the market selling price for the watch if you should want to sell it to the shop.

Try selling it via forum, Mudah.my or EBay.
That way you can ensure you get the maximum price from your piece.
-
you guys can consign your watch at MWF store for higher return
sell outright sure lower return, but cant be 30% off market.

ya, 30% is abit generous.
try like 60-70% off the price you bought brand new.
