sorry to hear this, watch sit too long might not be good!
some watch manual says you need to wear it a week or two to know the watch accuracy
cause the watch may sit in store or display never run, oil all follow gravity park at one area...
after a week of running, the oil will spread evenly again.

not sure what actually happen to your watch though

Sorry to hear that but AP do have this power reserve issue and accuracy on their ROO series... 2-3 months turn around is reasonable cos they need to regulate the watch and monitor the accuracy and power reserve...

Many incidents happened. AP need to do something on their watches. Heard many pieces which are under warranty sent in and out SC.

Bye the RO model that are discontinue, whether chronograph or three hands . You seldom hear problems coming from these models.Last year i sold my rubber clad with the DD movement and this year i sold my Diver with the 3120 movement and hit reverse gear and got a discontinue RO. I always believe in robustness and many manufacturers should emulate the LOLEK. I bought this watch because of the octagonal bezel and Gerald Genta and not because its AP.

No problems with my AP Diver as well. Have heard of stories of the DD module in the AP being problematic hence I've never bought an AP with one to date. Overall my experience with AP so far is pretty pleasant.

Had roo , and friends had them too , all of us altogether had more than 10 pieces all roo and non has issue . But I do hear about bad experiences from the web n forums, I guess it's luck also . However it's a real unfortunate event that it happened to you , especially after spending so much on watch . I hope you will get your ap sorted fairly quickly so that you can enjoy your watch . Btw, you actually could just walk into the ap service center and get your watch sorted while your were at Singapore .  Let's see what the ap says to your watch and keep us updated with your watch status. :)

A few mins difference in 2 days? That is a BIG problem bro! I hope you either meant "Only few secs diff in two day" or "only few mins diff in two months"!

You could have left the watch there and scan/email or fax the warranty card to them. That would definitely shorten the turnaround time.
