Title: Rolex Oyster Perpertual DATE need repair/for sale in Penang

Hi al, my first time to this forum.
I need some advice and help.
I have a old, ladies Rolex Oyster Perpetual DATE that is needing repair in Penang. I had called up the Rolex distributor in Gurney and was asked to send to KL for service which will take a few months. My questions are:

1) Are there any 'reliable' Rolex repair shop in Penang that i can get this fix faster?
2) Am planning to sell this and get a new one for my wife, anyone know who/which shop in Penang would accept trade it or buy off the watch from me?
