Anyone here owns a Stuhrling? I am currently looking at this brand but need more HANDS ON info if anyone has some?

I see this brand on Amazon, is it available locally?
Nice design and affordable with China made engine.

I am not sure if it is available locally.. is it CHina made engine? i thought they have their own Movement? as what i see from their history....

Not sure about the history of this particular brand. But some brands do hv a long history,died off and then revived/restarted by new owners who now own the trademark...

From what I read on some forums, Sthurling uses chinese mechanical movements. Not necessarily a bad thing tho, I hv a few with chinese movements and all in all I m quite happy with the price to value factor.

True.. but the price is a bit high for a chinese mvt.. i rather get a Sea Gull .. aheheha
