Spotted this a few days back at Lot10.
When I saw this, I immediately remembered this http://www.malaysiawatchforum.com/index.php/topic,1083.0.html (http://www.malaysiawatchforum.com/index.php/topic,1083.0.html)

But wait, this one has no date.

Standard crown design unlike the onion crown on the Khaki Team Earth. And that leather watch cover...

Strap is different too.

Upon further investigation, i found out its a different model called the Khaki Pioneer.
Manage to molest it a little bit. Bead blasted case . 42mm. 21mm lugs
ETA 2801  which i will take any day over the 2824 in the khaki team earth. I just like the involvement in a mechanical watch.
Interesting watch cover that can be removed from the strap. But I would not use it. It just looks odd on the wrist.
Strap is soft, maybe too soft that it might wear out very easily. And vintage lume on the hand and arabic numerals! Price is reasonable (as with most hamiltons) I was so tempted... but no funds at the moment. Sigh...

blink.. blink.. is the leather watch cover sewed on the strap?
btw.. this remind me of longines www....

Nope. The leather cover is a separate piece which can be removed. But you will need to remove the strap 1st.
