My grail, Rolex Submariner 14060.
"Reference 14060 was introduced in 1989, concurrently with the new Submariner Date 16610, with the new caliber 3000. This watch was produced for 10 years, from 1989 through 1999. It introduced the white gold surrounds to the hour markers, sapphire crystal, and new fast-beat 28,800 BPH movement. "

A x serial which trace back to 91/92 earlier production of 14060. Not a complete set, only comes with inner box, warranty paper and green booklet.

Overall condition is good. Except for some light scraches on bezel, small chip on cystal near 6 o'clock and bit loosen links.

The pearl show some sign of patina effect but not yet for hands and dial.

Zero lume but the white gold surronds reflecting the light nicely in low light.

My 2 classic, and definately my keepers.

Fantastic. I must experience one of these in my lifetime. The non-date version is so much more uncluttered but I do like having a date function though, a lot more convenient.

Yeah, pam first. Rolex next. Planning far ahead. ;D
Non ceramic I guess, as I prefer one without the cyclops. So that leaves me with a SD or No date. DSSD is too big for my taste.
