Title: How To Excel Management??

Hey,

I've been wondering what some of you guys do to keep your watch shops managed properly? I'm having a hard time traning in my intern, he keeps disturbing me when i'm concentration on the fiddly bits...

Perhaps you can keep the intern pre-occupied with other task such as polishing or some inventory updating. If that fails, just tell him not to disturb you during this time.

Maybe time to invest in a big stick known to locals as "rotan"?
