When the Hawker Hunter jet was first flown over Swiss territory in 1958, it immediately became one of the Swiss Army’s key components. Although withdrawn from service, it continues to be flown today by the Swiss Hunter Team of the Aviation Museum in Altenrhein, a group of former military pilots with a passion for the fabulous Hunter. Oris has dedicated a limited series to these men, who work day after day to keep the Hunter in good working order. With its high-performance calibre Oris 644, its knurled bezel, its “instrument panel” dial, and the word “Hunter” engraved on the tip of the date hand, this is a must for aviation aficionados. The presentation box comes with a Hunter ejection seat safety splint key-ring. Limited series of 1,958 watches.

Case              Multi-piece stainless steel with anthracite PVD coating, 46 mm
                     Limited edition number engraved on rim at 9 o’clock
                     Sapphire crystal domed on both sides, with anti-reflective coating on the inside
                     Screw-down back with mineral window
                     Water-resistant to 10 bar (100 m)

Dial               Two-piece, black
                     Centre date hand
                     Small seconds at 9 o’clock
                     Superluminova numerals and hour-markers
                     Nickel hands with luminescent inlay

Bracelet/Strap   Dark-brown leather with matching folding clasp

Nice watch but IMHO, the watch is a little too big for your wrist. The lugs are sticking out from your wrist and that is a tell tale sign that the watch is kinda wearing your wrist instead. Sorry for being a  :Mad:. I probably deserved to be  :HammerHead:.  :D

This watch is limited edition. It is very hard find in the market lately.. Is u interested? I may let it go for u.... :-)

aviator watch for Oris is not bad. after looking into this picture, i start considering oris aviator series instead of ball aviator
