Title: damasko da46 available
Post by: chrisyen on June 09, 2010, 06:16:42 AM
for those who admire damasko technology and do not want to pay so much on the chrono and want something bigger than their automatic da 36/37
now the da46 is ready.... its near 42mm, with bi directional bezel, the bezel is ice hardenend, the bezel insert is not only ice hardened, but coated with diamond powder....

a happy owner in wus

David.... google damasko, then order direct from damasko!

for the feel of damasko? i can show u my dc67.... if you dont feel the damasko is a quality piece then either
1. ur senses got problem
2. u r look for different thing!

because damasko case is more solid than any other watch i ever own... even more solid than the ball engine hydrocarbon series and sinn u series which i deem the most solid piece of watch on earth so far!

the precision cutting anf finish of crown and chrono pusher,
the deep engraving of caseback
the bi directional bezel is out of earth
the double ar crystal coating is as good as sinn

i see out fren here asking what is your favorite daily beater....
i found most ppl buy expensive watch and keep in safe because scare it will get scratches! only wear it for dinner n meeting ppl!
so got to buy and wear a cheapy plastic feeling watch to go outdoor!

get a damasko, wear it with a waterproof leather will do!

THE movement is standard Eta so not a problem
THE viton gasket should last 10 yrs...
So u either send it back or get replcement, mayb 10 yrs later, it can be ordered here

I think what chrisyen meant was in 10 years time, getting the part locally should not be a problem as we now have wwII which is the AD for Damasko.
The Si edition is differentiate by the Silicon Hairspring and the Diamond like coating on the escapement so they don't use ruby pellets which they say minimize service intervals as the DLC don't need lubricants and is actually as hard as diamonds...
Knowing how tough Damasko watches are, we shall give them the benefit of the doubt.  ;D

Have to resist..... the temptation of Damasko.... I don't.... need it.... but I.... WANT IT!!!  :HammerHead:

Chrono or Non Chrono?
Rotating Bezel or Non Rotating Bezel?
Black Dial or Lume Dial?
Black Case or Non Black Case?
Ahhhhhrrrgghhh... they only have like 4 models with variations and I already have a hard time choosing :HammerHead:
What the hell is wrong with me??
