Hi all.
I am sure you guys guys get this question alot, but I am looking for a decently priced watched that looks classy and manly at the same time. Was looking at Tissot, and edifice. Was also looking at some other brands. Browsing at shops and online. But here's the catch. I only have RM2000 to spend.
After reading online, i may be able to get a luxury branded watch for rm2000 but the specs would not be so great ( i might not even be able to get a luxury brand). So, i have decided to look for a decent branded watch but with good specs. Any other recommendation besides Tissot?
Will post some pics of what i find nice.

Have you considered brands like Oris, Epos and such. They may not be mainstream but they are not bad watches for the price.

What about Longines? Also, vintage watches have a lot of bang for buck. Vintage Omegas are nice.

Thanks guys! ya, am currently surfing at work on Longines and oris...will check out epoch. haha.
How about purchasing methods? Advisable online? Know any good stores?

Certina is good for starters. The DS Podium series is nice.

Mido, Certina, Movado , Seiko, Citizen, Orient, etc. Top up a bit and you can get some nice Longines watches.

Loving the Hamiltons and Certina. The Louis Erard looks good too! Wata Times are selling Hamiltons and Louis Erards.

You can use your credit card points at the watch shop in Ikano. Then you can either save from your 2k or top it up for better options. There is also a Michael Owen (blergh, on the traitor) limited edition tissot watch there, which is kinda OK.

You won't go wrong with Hamilton.Some of their chronos use the valjoux 7750 seen in more expensive makes like IWC
