For the fun of it, 6 degrees of separation. How are these watches linked?

All military watch?
-
All beat with a spring ???
-
All vintage watches?
-
No, no, no......
Just think how the brands are related.....
-
They are inadvertently linked to rolex. For the Tudors, rolex produce the watches but not the movements. As for the panerai, rolex used to produce their movement.
Can it be correct????

Almost there. Yes, Tudor is a brand under Rolex and Rolex use to make watches for Panerai. Hence the link between Tudor, Rolex and Panerai. So what is the connection to Ennebi and Montblanc.

Sorry sir, my knowledge still limited :Blue: (still a noobie)
only started to read and try to know more about watches for the past year.
Anyway, very happy to be able to learn more here.
Will read up on the mont blanc and ennebi, hopefully can figure out the connection.
-
Uncle Ennebi used to work for PAM lo hehe....
Now have to figure out Montblanc.
Unless you say Montblanc came from the same region as Rolex as well.
-
that Timewalker was also designed by an Italian with connection to Panerai kan?

Yes sir....
Tudor is sub brand of Rolex. Rolex use to make watches for Panerai. The california dial on the Tudor have appeared on Rolex and Panerai. Alessandro Bettarini use to design for Panerai but now owns Ennebi. The Timewalker series from Montblanc was design by Giampeiro Bodino who designs for Panerai (current). Also Montblanc and Panerai have used movements made by Minerva and both are owned by Richemont.

Indeed these straps were part of the collection of straps commissioned by the Italian navy to replace the straps of their watches and compass on display in the Naval Museum, but that is not the link.
-
I think I am overanalyzing but I reckon the link is the strapmaker worked in the first (?) panerai boutique...
-
Same strap different color

Indeed you are correct.

Cool but this suddenly has become surreal. I actually feel like I'm on a game show but with something is missing :Praying:
