It is a Ronda Quartz powered watch made by a company based in Canada. They make watches based on aircraft cockpit instruments.

BTW the crystal has AR coating?

Seems not much light reflection.

Ar coated on one side. But I use a black piece of paper to prevent reflection.

Nice watch wit black it looks much beterr wit ruber straps!!
