Whichever that you like more is the safest bet.

The two watch you'd listed are very different. Seawolf is a super-diver, capable of a ridiculous 3km water resistance. Pontos S is a chronograph, as well as a diver, and with a much cheaper price tag.
To choose between them, I say it all depends on what you are looking for.
If for me, with a choice of only the above two, I'll go for the Breitling, simply for the superior case.

If you plan to use it for diving, i'm more confidence with the seawolf on the wrist.

You can ask us for advice, but the real pleasure of ownership is in knowing that the final choice that you make is all on your own.
