This is a slightly used with natural Patina Maranez Rawai 45mm Automatic Brass Watch. The watch comes with 2 leather strap (A Gruppo Gamma Strap which is in the pics and another light brown Maranez Genuine Leather strap), the watch case and a Maranez Link Removal Tool (Screwdriver). It is indeed a Looker and the Humongous Crown and the bezel have no play at all (Solid as).
